The buttons are sewn onto stems and then wrapped under tension with a special, elastic heat-setting thread known as Ascolite.
This Ascolite process was developed to solve the problem of buttons coming off and to increase the durability of guild vests.

Genuacord
Genuacord is known as narrow rib or summer corduroy. 34 ribs over a length of 10 cm.
The corduroy is largely made of high-quality cotton that has been refined with an admixture of polyester. This combination makes it possible to unite the best properties of both raw materials.
The cotton contributes its natural softness and breathability, while the polyester gives the material a high level of durability and longevity.
This combination also has a positive effect on the shrinkage values of the fabric, which means that the vest retains its fit even after washing.

Your guild clothes are manufactured entirely according to your specifications at our German production facility. You can choose between Genoa corduroy, Trenker corduroy, reps moleskin, canvas, German leather or English leather for your made to measure uniform, in all available colours. We often fulfil additional requests for genuine leather, as it is the most durable option. It is best to discuss everything with your local FHB dealer. They can take your measurements perfectly and provide you with expert advice.
Is Hagen just your thing? But you'd like to have additional pockets. Inside and outside would be great? No problem. We'll do it!
Logo service
Your clothing can be individually embellished. Whether direct embroidery, embroidery emblems or thermal transfers - there are various finishing methods.
