The ring spinning process is one of the oldest methods for producing cotton yarn. It produces yarn of particularly high quality, which is characterized by strength, softness and a very beautiful surface structure.
Combing is an additional processing step that significantly increases the quality of the cotton. Advantages of combed cotton: Impurities, shorter and inferior fibers are removed. This leaves mainly the long and fine fibers. This has a positive effect on wearing comfort and durability, as the long fibers are less susceptible to pilling (the formation of small knots).
The cotton ensures a natural softness and pleasant breathability.
